Texas Semi-Truck Kills One in Pecos
When a driver is having car issues, they may turn on their flashing hazard lights to alert other drivers that there is an issue. As a result of the crash, the driver of the first vehicle was killed. His passenger as well as the truck driver also suffered injuries and were transported to an area hospital. It was reported that the truck driver’s failure to control speed may have contributed to the accident, but no charges or citations were mentioned in the report. Authorities should continue to investigate and decide whether charges could be appropriate.
